Rental Fee & Charges
Room rates are per hour, plus Maryland sales tax and a 20% service fee. Payment through Tock is a deposit to hold your reservation and will be deducted from your final bill.
Minimum Booking
All reservations require a minimum of 2 hours, booked through our online system. The payment holds your private room and is applied to your final bill.
Extending Your Reservation
If you would like to add more time to your booking, please make a reservation online first. Then, email your confirmation number to infoNH@live-k.com to process the time extension. All changes or extensions must be handled via email (no phone requests).

Check-in & Identification
Guests must check in within 15 minutes of the reservation start time. Late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund. At check-in, you must present a valid physical ID and a credit card for verification and incidentals.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before your reservation.
