• No outside food or drink allowed. Non-permitted drinks will be charged at karaoke menu prices.
• Alcohol served to customers aged 21 years or older
• No sexual, illegal drug, or conflict activities allowed
• No standing on the benches or coffee tables
• Customers are responsible for paying for all damaged furniture and/or equipment (SEE OUR DETAILED EQUIPMENT LIST)
• A cleaning fee ($100.00) will be charged for excessive mess, such as vomit, cake throwing, etc.
• We have a strict 5-minute policy. You must exit your room within five minutes after the conclusion of your party. If you or your guests remain in the room longer than the reserved time, the host may lose their deposit.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items
• We reserve the right to refuse service and evict customers who do not follow the policies above
• Violation of the Karaoke policy will result in a $100 charge or involvement of the police
• A 10% tax and 20% gratuity will be automatically added to your bill
• Our music system has thousands of songs, but if you can't find what you're looking for, we offer a YouTube option. Please note that we can't guarantee you'll find every song you want, and we won't offer refunds on room fees due to song selection issues. • Every person entering our venue must have a physical ID. Only those who are 21 years old or older can enjoy the bar area. There is no age limit for reserving a room, but the person reserving the room must provide a credit card and ID for check-in. We require holding the credit card and ID to reserve a private room.
• Our establishment is a karaoke entertainment venue where you can book your own private room or enjoy the bar area. Any damages to the room must be compensated.
